Mona Vale Hotel (Permanently Closed)

Good music on a Friday night and great beer garden

In real need of a Reno, it's a bit tired and rough around the edges. Staff are friendly enough and the beer is cold, but the menu hasn't changed in 20 years and it's nothing to write home about. Good pool tables in the sports bar and an Adams Family pinny. The best thing about the Mona is they still get a decent band playing every now & then. Just don't bring a first date here!

Ok pub, been here more times then id like to admit. Bit tired these days, last gew times ive been could have done with a big clean

Food and staff are great BUT the outdoor bistro area has not been clean the last three times we have been there. Chewing gum between the tops to the outdoor tables and generally filthy. Hosing the floor 10 mins before opening Is not enough to clean the place; in fact the wooden floor becomes dangerously slippery. Plus the toilets are desperately in need of a refurbishment. I might leave it 6 months b4 I go back.
