You will not feel alone in your fertility journey at Monash IVF Parramatta. . We are fluent in Tamil, Hindi & Malayalam, and for your convenience, can book an interpreter to suit any other language.

DO NOT waste your time, money or emotions....they were negligent, dismissive and uncaring leaving me now in a position to visiting Westmead hospital daily to try and terminate my ectopic pregnancy which is at a high risk of rupture. Dr Peter Benny was 'too busy' to call/contact/see me despite speaking to my husband the night before knowing i was bleeding and in pain at 5weeks pregnant....his nurses refused my cry for help and requests to have an ultrasound for two weeks until i booked privately as my heart did not accept their refusal. Their medical misconduct and negligence along with arrogant and dismissive behaviour allowed my innocent fetus to grow to a stage where it now has a heartbeat and growing at an incredible rate. Where the hospital would normally only administer 1 dose of methotrexate i am now requiring 4 doses with daily monitoring incase of a rupture. Dr Benny blamed his nurses whilst the nurses blame him however in the middle of it all is my baby and i who were left neglected and unattended whilst they celebrated counting another 'successful implantation' to their numbers. I realised the care changes immediately after they receive their 'positive' result. Look closely and you will see their site only speaks of 'creating' babies not delivering healthy pregnancies through to birth. I cannot begin to explain the toll this has taken on me and my husband emotionally as it was to be our first child together and not to mention the ongoing pain of being injected daily to find out my baby continues to fight. I wish i listened to my instincts after the first 3 cycles where there were repeat issues and malpractice from this practise so i would not have to suffer the grief i am suffering today.

After reading that previous one star review I feel the need to share my very positive and glowing experience with Next Generation Fertility.
Firstly I would never step foot in IVF Australia after I was given too high of a dose of drugs in early 2015. I developed an extreme case of hyperstimulation where I ended up in hospital for four days with a collapsed lung. So a fairly serious thing. Apparently my original blood test showed I shouldn't have been given such a large dose. I produced a very high number of eggs - all of which did not make the five day mark.
Fast forward to may 2015 where I saw a specialist at Next Generation Fertility who ordered a number of extra tests and a quick surgery. I am a little overweight and definitely over the 30 BMI mark but nothing was spoken about this anywhere (neither places). I started my second ever round of IVF in August 2015 with a lower dose of drugs (but same drugs) and produced a lower number of eggs. One of which is my 10 month old son and we still have two more embryos on ice.

So two very different experiences...i would not step foot into IVF Australia as they almost killed me (literally as I couldn't breathe) and I am about to book into next generation again.

And next generation was a LOT cheaper too...
