Customer service was very very poor!!!
I had to ask questions instead of them explaining how things happen, then have them stand there looking at me like I'm asking something that they don't understand and don't give a straight answer. Not happy at all., and will never recommend to go to!!!

I have NEVER taken the time out to write a review about anything, so it just shows how bad it was.I am utterly disgusted by the attitude of one of the managers named NIVA. I witnessed One of the customers before me(very kind) .. which niva was very loud with discussing her application to which everyone inside was starting to feel uncomfortable.. this particular customers application had been rejected and when questioned why ? niva would not give any valid reason to her .. Niva then proceeded to embarrass the customer in front of many other customers .. speaking out even louder telling the girl her application has been rejected... still giving no valid reason why..
wow ! I was in disbelief of how rude she was treating this customer. I walked out that day and never came back. I have tried to call head office to make a complaint .. I don't know how no one is in the head office for almost 3 weeks straight ..its obvious that theirs some sort of funny business happening but I strongly suggest you Get rid of that manager because with the power of social media these days ,word gets around fast..especially with Polynesians. If that manager ever spoke to and embarrassed my family member like that .. I wouldve made dam sure her face was all over social media making sure people knew about her ridiculous behaviour. it's a shame she's bringing your branch down when the rest seem fairly lovely .

I have been here a few times, and the service here is fast, sufficient and excellent. I have been to other places which were slow, rude and not well mannered. This place I would recommend for there fast and friendly service. Thank you girls
