Monroe Yorke Diamonds - Sydney

Not impressed. Very bad customer service, my fiancé called to enquire about a ring and was told they would call her back in an hour and we are still waiting. We decided to travel to the City, went to the address on their website and it turns out that they had no idea about any Monroe yorke. We then call them again and they refused to see us and gave the impression that they were not interested in our business. Very disappointing and I do not recommend them to anyone.

My recent experience with MY Diamonds was beyond everything I ever expected for an online purchase.
I gave them a very specific design to work with and a pretty limited turn around, as I needed the ring to be delivered before Christmas.
Their design process is very interactive, and the rep Supun seems to be there day and night when you call or email to cater for your every need.
They were also very accommodating to changes and despite the deadline they did not just rush through my order just to get it out. The team worked very hard to ensure that I got what I wanted in the time frame that I proposed.
Their prices are very reasonable and the finished product was beyond my expectations, my new fiancee is over the moon with her new finger bling and its all thanks to MY Diamonds.
