I thought MontBlanc was a luxury brand with this $200 phone case who’s in fact using worst quality plastic (confirmed by the seller there) who wouldn’t chance my purchase for these reason. Unbelievable 👎

Several years ago I purchased a MB watch, in doing so, I believed I was procuring a quality product, a brand synonymous with both performance and durability a purchase that would be an investment for the future.
How wrong was I.
Six months of back and forth with the service dept, outrageous quotes to for repair, and a zero care factor from the MB Management have now convinced me the culture does not support the brand image.
I have several watches, some less expensive brands, couple more so, no problems, no service or performance issues.
Based on my experience, I would strongly suggest any person wishing to procure a quality watch, durable and backed by a reliable service culture, to look at other options. Definitely give MB a wide berth.
Finally received a quote for repairs, $950.00. Declined,
Quote, excuses were total eception and plain untruths, were given for cost of repairs. After chasing for several weeks finally received my watch back. Took to a private watch maker, cost $80. Reason for damage, leaking battery, you guessed, installed by MB service in Melbourne .

Tried calling the shop for 2 days in a row 1/5/17 and 2/5/17 (4) attempts per time only to get a recorded message. If you suggest you are a top end business then back it up with proper customer skills. Not everyone likes leaving a message especially when they expect more from some business's. You may not be bothered by feedback thinking you can leverage your brands or is it more so that you shop is cutting costs to ensure you can pay rent.

I like Montblanc but the service I had was awful here .
I will go to the store in bondi next time if any needed

Very good customer service. I called a few times to enquire on something and customer service was great. In store customer service was good too. I would highly recommend.

Brilliant service! Love it love it love it! Walked in on a Sundaywith family looking for a birthday present idea. The two sales ladies were exceptional in their attitude and were very warm towards my children. They took the effort to show us a variety of pens and explained the features. We said we'll think about it and actually later returned to purchase a pen.( decided the birthday gift will be a watch, but will also get a pen because we walked out the first time with a 'warm fuzzy feeling') The first visit the store was empty so we had their undivided attention of both ladies, when we returned the store again near closing time, it was very busy ( they now had 3 sales ladies in the store)But at the first instance the sales lady was available ( which was a few minutes that we had to wait) she came to us, she warmly remembered the pens we looked at several hours earlier. Served us with such enthusiasm and her colleague came over when available to also warmly interact with us all. (My children were by now tired from shopping all day, and were more hyper and tired - but the ladies never at any moment looked at them with irritation or distaint instead were just as happy to see then the second time round. Taking time to engage with them.) it is these little gestures and warm attitudes of front staff of any business that makes the experience amazing for customers! We bought a beautiful pen and asked for a box of refills to go as well, and the sales lady surprised us by offering to throw in the refills without charge! Small amount in terms of cost but Big value in terms of customer service! Will definitely return to get the AUGMENTED PAPER when it finally arrives in Australia! To the management of the store - you've got a winning team here!! Omega store down from you should pop in to learn a few vital lessons from your front sales team!!!
