Moodswingers Description

Moodswingers is a Bipolar Support Network established by people who live with a mental health challenge and who live in the Albury Wodonga & surrounding areas. The name 'Moodswingers' has been 'recycled' from the original Albury Wodonga Bipolar Support Group founded in the 1980's by Ian Eames. . . this name was just too good to go past!
Moodswingers Bipolar Support Network is open to anyone who has ever been 'clinically diagnosed' (rightly or wrongly) with a 'Bipolar Disorder' and their carers /families /supporters. Moodswingers network does not focus on the 'clinical stuff' and is very much 'recovery focused' - understanding that people are the experts of their own lives and everyone is able and capable of creating and living a meaningful life, of their choosing.
