Loved the store. Probably one of the better baby stores out there.
They never answer their phone, they charge an arm and a leg for delivery when purchasing online, customer service in store is shocking, staff know nothing about their products, range of products is poor.
This review and result is 100% dedicated to Jamie who works there. If you are looking for baby gears she is the baby gear whisperer. We got it all sorted in an afternoon thanks to her extensive knowledge... and patience

Very surprised to read the previous reviews. Great customer service! If you have puzzled look on your face, someone will always ask if you need any help. I would also like to single out Jaimee, a great enthusiast of her job, who helped us, absolutely bemused first time parents, to get great understanding of how the whole pram world works. Moreover, Babies R Us not only around $100 cheaper on exactly same models of prams vs Baby Bunting, but they also have a price match policy: if you find a listed product in Sydney cheaper then at BRU they beat it by 10%.
