Moorelife Health & Fitness Description

I decided to join the fitness industry due to my passion for living an active and healthy lifestyle. I really enjoy helping people to feel great and live a long healthy and happy life. I understand how hard some people find it to exercise and be active - I love working out and find it hard sometimes! I can help you get motivated, exercise and actually enjoy it and completely change your way of thinking when it comes to fitness.

I have a unique way of training, I don't believe in slogging it out in the gym 5 days a week to realize your only seeing small changes if any changes at all. I understand that everyone wants to get the best results with out wasting any time. My style of training includes HIIT (high intensity interval training), body weight exercises and most importantly core and flexibility.
I believe the key to being successful and reaching your health and fitness goals is 100% exercise and 100% nutrition they both go hand in hand. I don't believe in diets, I believe in a complete life style change something that you can stick with and not give up after 6 weeks and yes that does include REAL food and desserts!
