Hello, I'm not usually the type of person to write negative reviews, but our experience today was just disgusting and your staff didn't want anything to do with us.



My family has booked in for a Baptism celebration prior to the day - so the staff surely knew we were coming - and we had to wait well over an hour for our meals without explanation. We watched every other table served - even parties larger than ours and ones that had ordered well after us. Everytime we asked about our food, we were told that it was all '5 minutes away'. My family and I didn't even have time to sit down to eat by the time it came out.



I'm in the hospitality industry myself, so I can understand busy, but this was absolutely dismal service. We were offered no apology, no explanation and the staff genuinely acted like they didn't care
