I had good experience at this place when i had all my wisdom teeth removed, the dentist was gentle and i didn't feel anything, the clinic and staff were nice and clean

I would never recommend this dentist to anyone. Had an emergency situation with a severe toothache on Boxing Day and unfortunately they were the only dentist that was answering. I saw Dr. Mo Murad and to say he lacked bedside manner is an understatement. Very clinical, cold and his presence made me feel quite uncomfortable. I agree it is clean and professional but when you are in pain in the way I was, his cold and heartless demeanour was horrible. I got charged $1284 which I thought was excessive but when I called a new dentist to get follow up work done (and can I say to be able to speak to someone with an empathetic and cheerful voice was a welcome relief, informative, helpful, some sense of being human) they were shocked when they heard what I had been charged. I went through the item numbers and they said they would charge $180 for item no. 419 and I had been charged $550. I understand during a time of emergency, you are willing to pay more to alleviate pain but this guy is all about money and has seriously over charged. I assumed the first part of my root canal had been performed but upon speaking to new dentist, only the emergency initial work had been completed. At the end of the appointment, I was unable to pay right then and there as I couldn't log into Westpac on the public holiday. I assured him I would pay the next morning and provided my passport for him to keep as assurance and his response made me feel like a criminal. I understand this was not ideal but there is a way to respond. I called him up and paid that same day on my credit card just as intended. Zero customer service. Dr Mo Murad is arrogant, rude, cold and lacking in social skills. Please take the time to find a dentist who cares for their customers and charges reasonable prices.

he's a crook - he overcharges, he up-sells, he doesn't do what is right for the patient, in effect it is nothing more than daylight robbery: I came in for a teeth check-up and clean, I specifically asked him what is covered and what is not covered under private health insurance, he assured me the ENTIRE procedure was - then proceeded to implement items which we neither discussed nor agreed on, I asked him again if it was covered and he assured me it was - when he was finished found out health insurance only covered for 10% of the $700 bill (as it was supposed to be a regular checkup) so then he proceeded to charge me! the nerve of this man makes Himmler look like a babysitter in comparison - DO NOT GO TO HIS DENTISTRY AS HE WILL BE THE ONLY ONE SMILING AFTERWARDS

I have the worst teeth as I was born in the late 60's in the uk .
The dentists were influenced by the punk movement and used hammers on my growing gnashers!
Many years later things were getting bad, I found Dr Murrad by chance and we have enjoyed a 3 year relationship .
He sympathetically listens to my bad jokes and goes about his business with charm and supreme confidence, suddenly I am out of the chair and back in the cold light of day.
I have had implants , crowns, fillings and drilling from every angle , and finally my mouth is finished.
I Take my daughter there, so she can have great dentistry compared to me, she is 8 and loves Dr Mo too
