Bought a VW caddy and was impressed with the quality of service given at time of purchase. Will keep the dealership in mind when purchasing my next VW. Have not serviced my vehicle at this dealership so can't comment on workmanship

I recently purchased an R-Line VW Golf through this dealership. Alan was amazing, his colleague Darren was also very knowledgeable about the features on the car. I would thoroughly recommend buying a car through this dealership. Alan thanks once again. It goes without saying that I'm really impressed with the car.

ATENTION DON'T SERVICE YOUR CAR HERE JUST GET PARKED IN THE GARAGE AND DRIVES OUT WITH NO SERVICE COMPLETED.
I SERVICED MY CAR HERE PAID $509 AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS 3 PRINTED PAGES FOR FIRST YEAR SERVICE WHEN I CHECKED DIPSTICK ENGINE OIL WAS SAME STATE AS BEFORE BLACK AND DIRTY OIL PROMISSED WILL BE READY IN 2 AND HALF HOURS TIME TOKED NEARLY 4 HOURS.I CHECKED MY CAR TO INDEPENDENT MECHANIC HIS ADVISE WAS THAT NO WORK WAS CARRIED IN THIS VEICHLE NO OIL FILTER CHANGED NO OIL CHANGED WHICH THEY PLACED MY VEHICHLE AT RISK OF BLOCKING ENGINE. NEVER DEAL WITH THIS CAR DEALERSHIP OR SERVICE
The car on delivery date it was in filthy state, Navigation unit was faulty. 4 rims and tyres are 19 inch spare rim and tyre 18 inch. service from this dealer don't care after

sale. they are unable to service your car or fix any issues . Buying car here is like buying Russian roulette. My advise is If you want to purchase a car go somewhere out to other car dealer and less you want a lemon then purchase here in Moss Vale Volkswagen. I personally don't recommend anybody to buy a car or serviced at this place.

Took delivery of a new vehicle late December, had an issue with the vent control panel on the dash. I understand that's bad luck and happens.
Took it back for replacement after it took 4 weeks to get the part. Left the service department with more problems than it went in with.
Service department have completely denied everything and wiped their hands clean and said the new problems aren't their problem.
Was suppose to be a simple complimentary check over and replacement of the control unit on the dash and was told 1 hour. 4 hours wait later I have dash issues and parts under the bonnet now broken.
Still waiting for answers.
