Moss Vale War Memorial Aquatic Centre

Decent prices, great signage, staff always on the lookout & I love that the littlies get a "Keep Watch" wrist band that they can't pull off to alert the staff which kids to keep a closer eye on.

i love going here on the holidays its so fun but i wish in winter that the adult pool is warmer then how it is now.

Gym is small but adequate. Staff friendly. Showers clean.

What a great centre! I was looking for a good swim school for my kid. The gym and pool are kept clean and staff are very friendly.

Great Club. Lots of Group Exercise classes.

I was misinformed in person about the membership cancellation process and was treated very poorly by the staff when I brought this to their attention a week later via email. I'm being charged for membership after relocating to another town, and was told by a staff member that the payments would stop on a certain date, which was incorrect information. I cannot even use the centre for the time I am being charged because I have moved.

I would not recommend to anyone that they sign up for a membership at Moss Vale Aquatic Centre. The staff are incredibly rude and unhelpful. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Great little gym with good equipment. Great pool, especially for the little ones.
