MOVE IT classes have replaced BEAT IT. We remain basically the same, the only difference is the education component is now longer offered.

"Now is the time to get your health & fitness back on track. " MOVE IT is ideal for those wanting a gentle exercise program. The emphasis is on making exercise FUN in a relaxed & supported environment. Classes incorporate: - Warm up, Cardio, Building Strength, Improving Flexibility & Balance, Cool Down & Stretch. . . . . . all with a light hearted approach.

Classes are currently run on Tuesday & Friday mornings.
