They take money for NOT fixing...

Sometimes you pay for a good service and sometimes you pay for the bad service but seldom there are occasions when you just throw money in the drain. Hiring these guys was just throwing money in the drain. Complete waste of my money. You took $127 for providing ZERO services. Did not fix my switch and my dripping shower. Despite me explaining that there is no issue with the line and only proper connection is required at the switch board, you guys did not listen. With little bit is research I managed to connect the wires and fix the switch board. Shame on you guys for taking $127 without resolving the issue. Be a man and take the money after resolving the issue. How come I could fix the switch board and you could not? Very disappointing service. They took $127 and they neither could fix the switchboard not the leaking shower head. Would recommend NOT to use them at all.

Rude, arrogant, failing to fix poor workmanship, if you have any issues with their work - good luck seeking any resolution - they simply don’t listen and will tell you a load of ***** and try to blame you for their poor service, and workmanship.

Absolutely disgusting and aggressive approach to resolving any issues.

Pretty much be prepared to apologise yourself to them for their lack of service, lack of aftercare and lack of civil communication.

Shame on you for all the stress caused, I was sick and recovering from major surgery, paid your invoice and treated your technician with outter most respect (unlike what was “allegedly” mentioned in your “notes” does not make any sense whatsoever!).

Just save yourselves the stress and money and get someone who does the job and most importantly treats you as a customer and a human being..... speechless.

I haven't got a bad word to say about Mr Washer: they did everything you would want from your local plumber or electrician. Luckily because I needed someone to look at my gas and electric they arranged it so the electrician and plumber arrived at the same time which was really appreciated. Yes I would use them again as I was happy with the work they did. Keep it up!

With winter just around the corner and the lights drawing in, my outdoor sensor lights were coming under a lot of usage. That was, until last week when they completely gave up. I had a look around and decided to give these guys a go. Really glad I did, Mr Washer, more specifically, their tradesman Matt, got here bang on time and before I knew it he had it all fixed up. Haven't had any problems with the lights since, which is good considering the dark nights to come. And I'd like to say thanks to Matt for the fast, efficient work he did here.

This was a difficult job due to the fact that everything was held with really old fittings and most of the bathroom had already practically flooded so I felt our other plumbers were out of there depth (pardon the pun). But the work was quickly rectified by your plumber at Mr Washer. I know who to go to from now on, if you guys could handle that, you can handle anything.
