The ethos and values that ‘MSST' has at its core are focussed on the love of learning. Our teachers aim to tap into the emotional strengths of your child, in ways that haven't yet been recognised or explored. By highlighting your child's strengths we aim to: - Provide students with the self confidence to help manage behaviour through approachable teachers and teaching techniques for and beyond the school environment. - Lay the foundation for their resiliency. - Develop life long learners. - Direct learning through other paths that will unlock strategies that are more suited for the learner. - To offer a new learning environment to reach achievable learning outcomes for all students. - To work with and develop dialogue between students, teachers and parents. - To use the Australian Curriculum to create a success plan for each individual child so they find success in learning.
