Simply the cheapest computer store anywhere. Don't expect service here and often long queues but for the professional who knows exactly what he/she wants, you can't beat the priced

It's not a shop but more of a warehouse-style where you should already know what you're after. 👍

Good place to drop in and grab what you need. Know what you want ahead of time.
Has worked well so far to check online first to see if what you're after is in stock then stop by. I've found weekday mornings to be quiet with little to zero wait.

Good prices and when I went to return a DOA product they gave me an option of replacement or a refund with no questions asked. Customer service is mediocre but friendly. You get what you pay for. Cheap prices = mediocre customer service.

As others have said, good if you know what you want and aren't looking for friendly chit chat. Website does not give accurate stock counts, so a few times i have gone to buy something shown as in stock only to find that they don't have it.

This store is not for fainthearted. It's not meant to serve noobs. As other reviewers mentioned repeatedly, do your research thoroughly before you get to the store. Their customer service is not as bad as what some people say - they are just like the "Soup Nazi" from Seinfeld!
I've been shopping at MSY for the past several years with no troubles. They had what I wanted at the best price around.

Think of this place as a factory warehouse. You go in, tell them exactly what you want, they retrieve it for you, you pay and leave.
I'm a tech enthusiast so this isn't a problem for me, but I can see how the
less tech-savvy people may be put off by it. Know what you want beforehand and you'll be in and out the store in a few minutes. However, if you're looking for people to talk tech to and help you make a decision, then avoid this place.
