Doctors are never helpful and need to learn some people skills

My rating if the for dental section. A few years back i visited with very bad tooth/gum pain. The male dentisit took a look and said there was nothing visibly wrong, told me i just need a clean, charged me 250 and sent me on my way. The clean was excruciating due to the pain i was already experiencing. Just a few days later i ended up in westmead emergency dental clinic with swelling and an infectionin my lower gums and needing root canal treatment on the spot. A simple xray would of picked up the fluid upon the dental visit but was not even considered. Just rushed me in and out within 30mins. It was a horrible experience and i would not recommened anyone using this dentist, obviously money is more important than a patients wellbeing. :(

Great doctors they have nurses and a treatment room for minor injuries. With a range of dental,x-ray facilities & specialist. Best around mt druitt. Wait times can have delays so i suggest a call prior to visiting.

Worst customer service with 3 to 4 unprofessional females at the counter loudly bitching about every other person in their lives. They are so busy in their discussion that patients have to repeat themselves multiple times to communicate which doctor they want to see. Hopeless service !

Long waiting times! The doctors seem to have come up with this stupid new idea to ONLY see their regular patients! I only had 3 patients in front of me until the receptionist told me that the doctor I wanted to see only takes in regular patients from now! (Despite seeing him fairly regularly)
This centre is basically a wannabe classy all in one centre. I wouldn't waste my time here. Even some of the receptionists are rude and bitchy.

I have been visiting the centre (with my family) since the past 10 years and have had many more positive experiences than negative ones. I would recommend my GP Dr Fernando who I have been seeing sice the past 4/5 years, for her knowledge, understanding kindness and patience. I mostly visit Dr Fernando after-hours on specfic days that she is available, as I find it works well with my schedules.

Staff are lovely but Dr. Daryosh Darabi was really mean and unpleasant. If you go i would see someone else, when i went he was the only Dr on, i wish i waited 10 minites for another Dr to come in. Hes not very nice.

Great Medical Centre! I travel 90 minutes to go there. The most need?.....so the best doctors? The wait is created by medicare being too scarce?...and probably doesn't pay enough?
