Mt Errington Early Learning Centre is an early learning centre in Hornsby set in beautiful surroundings which has been established for over 10 years.

The aim of the Centre is to meet the changing needs of parents, children and the community and to provide quality education and care for children aged between 2 and 6 years old. We aspire to ensure that each child reaches his or her potential in their own individual way – where children through their play and interests, work to learn and learn to work in an environment which values families and children’s rights to belong, be and become.

We aim for children to have a positive self-esteem, be confident to make choices, become resilient, be adaptive to change, be inclusive and respectful of all cultures and others and sustain the environment we live in.

The Centre is open from 7. 30pm to 6. 00pm, 50 weeks a year. We have university qualified Early Childhood Teachers delivering a preschool program including school readiness encompassing literacy and numeracy. We have consistent, qualified and experienced educators to support children’s development, interests and learning. We also have optional extras such as creative dance and movement, computers and soccer.

We are proud to say that we were rated in 2014 as Exceeding National Quality Standards under the Early Years Learning Framework.
