Delicious lunch with the hubby. Highly recommended. Staff were polite and friendly.

I suffered through a "chicken" "burger". That's right, neither word can be applied to the train wreck of the foodstuffs that I consumed. It was like licking the wall of an old chicken shop. I keep burping the memory of this thing up, it is haunting me.

Worst lunch ever ! Stay away!

Coffee was below average, but the worst part was the food, which was appalling. Both myself and my partner had a burger, as we often do when trying a café for the first time, as it is usually the “safest” option. How wrong we were, turns out you can stuff up a burger. The “chicken” burger consisted of 2 giant chicken nuggets and some tasteless salad between two pieces of Turkish bread (not even rolls). Not only was it difficult to eat without it falling apart, but what was passed as chicken on the menu could only be described a processed meat battered in slime. It was simply disgusting. The “beef” burger was not better, with the patty probably being from a pack of 50 frozen ones from Coles. I had three bites and left the rest. For $15.50 for a burger (no side) we were expecting much higher quality, not food that I could get from any beach kiosk on a bad day and for ½ the price. We left after paying our $40 bill, still hungry and had a sore stomach all afternoon. This place should be ashamed of what they are serving to their customers. I will never come back and would not recommend it to anyone.

Have been here twice. The first was breakfast and the food, big breakfast, left me underwhelmed. It's not difficult to serve bacon and eggs in this day and age and they definitely don't go to any effort here. Sure it had everything you would expect in a big breakfast: Plain toasted white bread, eggs, bacon and tomato, mushrooms and sausage. It was cooked okay but it was served kinda boring.
The second time we stopped in for coffees. Didn't get any table service and then ordered coffees at the counter after having to wait for the staff to finish a very uninteresting conversation. Honestly regret not getting my coffee somewhere else!

*** Some months after posting this review I received a rather rude message on another social media platform, which I can assume came from the owner or manager. (I can only assume it is for this review because it's the only place I've been to twice that I've left a negative review about.)
So they obviously care but on the occasions I visited I didn't get that impression.
I've slightly amended my review and included a picture of the feedback I received.

Beautiful food. Beautiful location. Great service. Very pricey. Not huge food meals for cost. Fantastic range of drinks.

Good variety on the menu. Not very good for gluten free options. Disappointing burger.
