Mums Laundry & Dads Car Wash

Just went to this business, walked in to ask if they hand wash cars to be told by the man who owns the place no all cars go through the car wash machine, so I said that's fine I'm not willing to risk damage to my $60,000 car, he then replied I did a $400,000 car the other day, so I replied with if you damage my car are you gonna fix it?....to which the owner laughed, I said that's fine thanks I won't take the risk, as I got back to where my car was parked the owner stood laughing loudly and heartily near the car wash entrance at me getting in my car, well guess what Mr car wash owner....why, if your so certain your car wash does not damage cars do you have a "damage disclaimer" absolving you of any claims to damages done by your machine written on the wall where all the prices of the car wash are listed, your arrogance and complete lack of customer service is appalling, as a customer I was not rude to you and given its MY CAR, I have the right not to use your service....without your smart ass attitude...your rude and ignorant and I would not recommend you to anyone...
