Rubbish. Cold pies on two occasions, "sourdough" is nothing like the real thing, rude staff. Survives on its location alone.

Order the same Sourdough a few times a week. No more! After sitting there for 20 mins waiting while people who ordered sandwiches AFTER me received their food, I asked if someone was making my order. I received cold hard sourdough that I can't even cut thru with knife and fork. I was told it just takes longer to make. This is not the first time this has happened. I'll find somewhere for my meals! AND just found a black hair in it (I have blonde)

Best Bakery/coffee in Newcastle been going here for a few years now (up to 3 times a week) the staff are awesome they have become more friends then servers,great atmosphere beautiful coffee,pastries and deserts VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND :)

Best pie I've ever had!!!
