My Intrepid Tribe Description
We are a highly adventurous family of four who recently completed a 7-month trip covering over 50, 000 kms across 16 countries. Our travel method was unconventional, there were no plans and no itineraries, this flexibility not only allowed us to find the most cost effective options but also gave us a wild sense of freedom. We were placing ourselves in the hands of fate, riding its wave and relishing every moment. In this spontaneous way, Momo’s Intrepid Tribe was born.
The journey was real, we immersed ourselves into every country which we visited. We became the locals, we ate like them, lived like them and experienced their world if only momentarily. We climbed mountains, reached the top of volcanoes, swam in rivers and oceans, appreciated fine art and soaked up the rich cultures we surrounded ourselves in. The experience changed our perspective on what is important in life and we have now made a conscious decision to truly "live" and to follow our dreams.
Our next adventure sees us purchasing acreage, building a more sustainable life for our family and a luxury, Scandinavian inspired tiny house retreat "The Tiny Hideaway" for like minded guests who find their way to us. Our aim is to provide a haven for people to escape, rejuvenate and re-set their souls.
