RRP IS NOT A SALE PRICE.
DONOT go and get your hair done at Jaimies in Myers level 1..What a rude person the owner is.Has no people skills and no colouring hair skills.Called me Crazy infront of a full salon of customers all because i didnt want to get ripped off.Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere..Myer and Store manager did not even follow up on the complaint made. JUST DONT GO THERE YOU WILL GET TREATED LIKE RUBBISH.
I always enjoy the quality of the goods available here.
Reasonable prices during Sale with great variety
Good variety of clothing styles & accessories!
No one answers the phone here. On hold 15 minutes
Terrible service. Just not enough staff. Unfair to customers and staff. Has certainly lost their place in the market
Terrible service. Called them to check stock on an item in the middle of what I would imagine a fully staffed Saturday weekend time. Spent 10 minutes on the phone waiting for someone to pick up. Then someone picks up and says that their electrical department isn't picking up. I asked if they could check on their end and the lady replied that she needed to "boot up the system" and that it would take 5 more minutes. What generation are we living in??? Myer Penrith really need to either train their staff up in current day skills or need to completely revamp their administration and management. Ridiculous.
Most unsatisfactory click and collect experience. Click and collect comes with a high expectation of seamless and convenient service. They have seemingly not understood this. Finding the click and collect desk was the first of a few challenges and that alone left me frustrated to the point of giving up. I sought an immediate refund and took my business elsewhere.
Disappointed. Went on a Thursday and Sunday, both times not great. Inexperienced, unprofessional staff on the Thursday shop on 4th floor (perfume counter staff were great). On Sunday on 4th floor, no one in sight helping in the change room. Huge line of people, no where to put unwanted clothes. Everyone just had to dump on the nearest racks. Chosen change room was filthy, full of piles of clothes, rubbish, and ripped off tags, indicating people had been shop lifting. No hooks for clothes to hang, looked like they had been ripped off the walls long ago. Had to put all the clothes on the floor. Went to tell someone in store after the experience, were no staff in sight...
I like Myer a large range of clothes. Good selection of shoes for men. Not the cheapest in town but you always walk out with nice quality clothes.
Myer is always good for one stop shopping. Have shopped in this Myer many times, especially for gifts, clothing, footwear and Christmas shopping. I generally buy all that I need in the one trip. Have also enjoyed browsing around here for hours with friends on our girlie shopping days out. This is a well stocked, well appointed store. The staff are always friendly and helpful
They have all the good qualities of you need.
Form head to toes. The best designer clothes. The best designer bags. The best perfumes. For the hair accessories. Highly brand of make up. For mens a lots. ALL you need is in there.
For your home, from your Kitchen the best quality like cooking pots, baking pans, utensils and a lots more. Beds and linens for your bedroom. Bathrooms decor and towels.
Worst phone service ever. On hold forever and then hangs up on you. Chain of this size should be much better than this. Have rang for the last 4 days at different times to no avail. Disgusting
Nicer, upscale department store in downtown Sydney at Market and George street next to the Queen Victoria Building. Good selection, reasonable prices, and an excellent food court underneath.
One of my most favourite places to shop in Sydney. The layout is very open with many brands on display. The lighting and display are really bright and well laid out. The staff are very nice and they usually let you try stuff on your own. It is right in the middle of the city which is a major bonus point.
Just got out of a really cool lift that only went to the top floor of Myer and a Wonderland for kids. The revamped floor is great for kids - keeps them entertained for ages - but you need to bring you wallet - the kids want everything...
Best mayer store ever, may be coz of the very friendly staff there!
Best store for a deal. The ladies up in electrical make my day. There is a woman who has veneers and she is absolutely beautiful. She's so lovely and I am always back in this store wanting to buy more because of her.
Great sales in this Myer at the moment. Lots of stock and really good markdowns. Plenty of availability in the dressing rooms and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Fast efficient customer service.
Pleasant helpful staff, found what I wanted. A very good range of things. 5 stars.
Went shopping on a Sunday afternoon. Picked a few things to try on only to find the fitting rooms were closed due to lack of staff in the men's section. There was one fitting room open in the formal wear section however there was line up to get in. I hung the clothes back up and walked out. No wonder they are losing sales to competitors. David Jones was most helpful.
Good product range.
Extremely Poor! Really Myers isn't worth half a star....
Very bad experience bought a wusthof chefs knife and it snapped in half while using it took it back and told them and the lady sad they cant do anything about it she said it is not there problem anymore that i have to contact the company themselves and didnt do anything she said once you purchase it, it becomes the companies problem thats what she said to me i was very pissed off
Parramatta store has a sale, they open 4 dressing cubicles, will not open other 2 rooms , waiting half an hour to try on some clothing is unacceptable.
Ill-trained De-motivated staffs. I've never seen a staff who can actually smile at this Myer.
Myer has everything you need except fresh food. Never disappoint
Kylie at Chanel gives fantastic customer service. Highly recommend her for makeup! The only one offering exceptional service.
ANZ ipp350 used here. Try Apple/Android Pay here: amex contactless works here. Cue staff are friendly.
Good price not much stock as seen online.
Worst myers store by far. Worst customer service. Never has enough attendants to help you out and when you do find one theyre extremely rude, unprofessional and useless. Especaiily Belinda at the womens accessories area. She needs to go.
Worst experience ever most staff are rude especially level 5 but some are very nice
Staff very helpful. Things are quite expensive but they do have really good sales all the time up to 40%
In the menswear dept in September this year, a female shop assistant asked if they could help me, 10 minutes before closing. They helped my son with a suit, shirts, matching ties,- nothing was an effort or too much trouble, despite the store having closed. We left 15 minutes after closing.
The service was fantastic and not what I have experienced from Myer at Erina in the past. All you did was offer assistance which unfortunately has been lacking in all departments, in the past. So THANK-YOU.
Great helpful staff!
A tad disappointing, lacked costumer service-
Staff absolutely oblivious to their surroundings. Ended up going elsewhere.
Nice looking shop not as flashy as Chatswood
Staff not particularly motivated or friendly.
I'm fine to shop here but its boring
A bit small for a myer but there is still a wide range of products and brands. The staff are friendly.
A small myer that doesn't have all the brands. Nice and quiet though.
Staff are okay but the store looks very tired and drab. The shoe department has next to no variety and the women's underwear section always looks like a dog's breakfast.
Was in there for 30 min in suits department waiting for someone to help two staff member covering suites men's fashion and shoes so not fair
Click and collect=joke!
Don't bother calling! Also a joke!
Myer, maybe hire people who actually listen and have an understanding above a 12 year old!
If I could give 0 stars I would!
What a waste from what u once were!
Just had the most amazing service from Nikki at the Clinique counter, she was patient, knowledgeable and very enthusiastic to help all while handeling more than a few customers, she is definitely has grace under pressure! Thank you for brightening my afternoon with your lovely smile :)
I just want to say a BIG! Thank you to a lovely lady named Lena in the Formal Menswear Department... We went suit shopping for the husband... Lena was so helpful and went beyond just great customer service. Lena made sure she soured my husbands trouser from 2 other locations.. so we ended up buying 2 Jackets and 4 pairs of trousers... Great job Lena! Keep up the wonderful service.
went to get a lip gloss today from Christian Dior counter. the girl was completely lost on where this was located. there was no sample on the display I asked her to get 1 out and use that on me. her response?i cant do that as it will be not sold after opening. my reply - then you can put that on display. she wondered around opening drawers and cupboards looking for a sample. 10 MINUTES LATER - I said. forget it and walked off. not very good service. very disappointed. wont go back to CD counter again.
Good to have a Myer here, but all the departments are messy and staffs aren't that helpful.
The customer service at the MAC stall in Myer leaves a lot to be desire. I came in looking to purchase a lipstick and a setting spray and the lady who served me, Carmina, acted like she desperately wanted to continue chatting to her friend and made me feel like I was wasting her time. I asked for the setting spray first and she sighed and sucked her teeth and went and got it. After asking me if 'that was all?' I then showed her a picture of the lipstick I was after and asked if she could help me find the shade and she directed me towards the lipstick counter and halfheartedly showed me a couple of shades on her skin that didn't match at all with what I was after, all the while looking extremely annoyed. She then told me to come get her when I found the shade I wanted and left. I was under the impression that the salespeople at MAC are meant to help you with finding what you are looking for as other MAC stalls I have been to in other shopping centres always had such lovely customer service and would actively try to help you. I ended up just purchasing the setting spray as I couldn't find the correct shade without any help and because I felt like I was just a nuisance to her. After purchasing the spray, I said thank you and she just nodded and passed me my bag. I don't understand why she felt annoyed by me, the stall wasn't at all busy with only one other customer already being served. Dealing with this woman left a bad taste in my mouth and due to this interaction, I no longer hold MAC or Myer in high regard.
Poor floor managers Not too mention operations manager who I found extremely rude and couldn't assist the only staff member found on floor who was swamped with customers .This particular manager lacked presentation and does not lead by example ,
The staff obviously need retraining they spend more time hiding and speaking to each other than assisting customers , head office really needs to assess their managing team particularly at this store as they are hopeless ,Reflects badly on store manager and company .
worst store I've shopped in . I got better service at the two dollar shop ..
