Finaly a myer staff member appeared.not really interested.dreaded s hoe department.

Very good with returns if you buy online.

Definitely the best cinema around. So cheap $9 bucks a ticket, massive screens, super comfy seats. Friendly staff, and amazing popcorn. Thanks

Went there to purchase a Chanel number for my mother in-law birthday, the staff there was really helpful (she gave me the run of of the difference between a perfume and toilette) there for the price difference. Only let down is the price can get the same in chemist warehouse for less.

My husband wanted to purchase a Dyson hairdryer for my birthday which is Boxing day. When he enquired at the Electrical department he was informed that they were out of stock but expecting a delivery soon. Dino took my husband's phone number and said he would call when they arrived. True to his word, Dino called my husband and he purchased the dryer. When I tried it at home, the on/off switch was faulty so we returned it to the Electrical department. We should have contacted Dyson but Timothie served us and after checking the switch, checked with a supervisor and after stating he "didn't want me to go home without the dryer," very kindly replaced it. Those two young men are a credit to themselves and Myer. They were happy, obliging and went beyond our expectations. Their customer service is second to none.
