Sales prices around christmas are very good. Staff is alright. Usually need to approach staff for help instead of beeing offered. But then they are very helpful. Got charged twice for an item on my receipt and had to go back the next day. Got sorted without any problems.

Angela in menswear gave me lots of help to choose a shirt and tie that would work with my suit. Thankyou.

Had several bad shopping experiences here. Certain members of the staff are inattentive and have loads of attitude toward customers. Never shop there unless you have to

Went in the store to purchase a vue sofa last Saturday. Arrange for delivery this Saturday. They say we will receive a confirmation call before the delivery date. We waited no phone call. So we call, they say they will call back but that was a lie. In the end we had to go into the store last Thursday. They say everything is ok. The courier will call us. We waited but still no phone call on Friday. Saturday come and still nothing. After spending a few hours on the phone with them still no resolution. In the end we got courier company number and call them. They told us they don't have that order in their system. Myer had not organised the delivery of our order. ALL the staff in this Myer branch keep push responsible to other. Refuse to give us a straight answer. All we want is a status on our order and when it will be delivered. A simple question they can not even tell us. Myer no more.

Myer Chatswood: rude & unhelpful staffs actually play a part in discouraging customers from purchasing anything. They congregate 2-3 here & there talk about their love life if not their dissatisfaction towards company.
One particular old staff/cashier around Berlei area is totally retarded; she needs to get a new glasses. Aggressive & useless she can't do anything.

What a joke! I've been on the phone to attempt to speak to the correct department and have been transferred around the store. When I first called in I simply explained what I wanted to buy (a pair of leggings) pretty simple and asked to be transferred to the correct department. I've ended up at every department except hosiery. Here's how it went ... womens wear (no), shoe department (hell no!), ladies handbags (wouldn't have thought so), mens underwear (really?). I then called back somewhat frustrated and it started all over again...

Wow. Are all the customer service people here mentally checked out ? No one actively approaches their customers or makes themselves apparent. I was served only walking up to a woman asking if she can put through a transaction for me. She didn't make conversation . She looked like she had bettter places to be which made me feel very uncomfortable. For reference she had very long blonde / brown hair and was wearing black high waisted jeans with no Myer badge. Re train her.

The service here was very low and awful! I was looking a pair of shoes from seed on the 4th floor and I found a problem in it. The girl from seed was helpful and she would like to ask the Myer manager for more discount. Everything was fine before this manager came. She told me with a very rude and careless attitude that this product was on sale and the only reason was that they were cheap. And the last thing was she told me she didn't force me to buy them from Myer, why don't me buy it from somewhere else. She was trying a disappointing way to lose customers with low connection and response!! You shouldn't work here until you learnt how to respond and solve problems with people!!

The manager on the 4th floor was in her twenties or thirties with pink shirt and black glasses, a bit piggy and not smiling very often@Myer Chatswood

I wouldn't come here again and wouldn't recommend you to have a nice time in Myer Chatswood .

If I can give 0 star, I would. The customer service at Level 5 is non existent. The cashier told me and my very young daughter to go to other cashier on kids section while they are busy having a "chat" in regards the weather and holiday.

Nice Myer, the one in the city is bigger and better but thats not their fault.

I was silly enough to expect customer service. Could not get served in mens suits for love nor money.

Ticks the Department store boxes. Good opening hours too
