Pluses: I visited Myer after a long time. I was impressed with the veriety in the men's section, improved store lighting, energetic staff. Minuses: can be better structured and ensuring that the merchandise is well arranged

the lady wearing red with silver hair from revlon section is extremely rude, i simply wanted to ask her some questions and she gave me the worst attitude, myer you have lost me as a customer

Helpful friendly staff in the Customer Service Department but the Toy Department lady needs to smile more (or show any kind of emotion aside from grumpy). She did her job still..just made me feel like I should be apologising for buying stuff from her.

Kitchen appliances section are full of mess, no proper price tag or wrong price tag. Staff there are just simply not doing their job.
