I visited this store yesterday afternoon 28/10/2017. Loved the fresh layout of this store. The lady at the Chanel counter was polite and helpful. She was attending to another customer at the time however she asked if I needed assistance which I did, she said she won't be a moment and came straight back to assist me. She found the lipgloss I was after and also gave a recommendation on a suitable colour for me. Nice to see staff can be accommodating especially near closing time.

This review is solely based on a lovely lady named Chelsea at the Hub in Myer Warringah.
I purchased an oral b toothbrush through click & collect online and made the payment for the item with afterpay. I went to collect the item and wanted to return it right then and there to exchange for a better quality oral b toothbrush as the reviews on Myer's site regarding the toothbrush i brought were all negative reviews.
Now I had a gentleman help me collect/pick up the item he wasn't sure on the afterpay system and said he would come back once he could find out more on afterpay and in the meantime he passed me onto a sale assistant in the electrical department to look for another toothbrush. I looked for another dual toothbrush and there wasn't any in Oral B and so the sales assistant said I'd most likely needed to be refunded and told me to wait at the hub.. Well 35 minutes passed and no one came back and the electrical sales department girl had disappeared.. Then a Lovely lady Chelsea appeared putting a refund/return for a customer from another area at the hub.
She served the lady in front of me then kindly asked if I needed help.. I explained the situation of what happened prior to her arriving and Chelsea was adamanat on helping me and figuring out how to do a refund with afterpay as my payment.. She made calls to head office and was given advice that didn't make sense. I couldnt cancel the order through my myer account which she then had to confirm that I didn't have a myer account as head office was adamant on this.. She got an ipad and checked and confirmed I didn't have an online myer account so this wasn't plausible the information given as I couldn't go on my myer account to cancel the order.. Head office couldn't help her further at that time as she would need to be phoned back so she then worked out herself that she would locate the toothbrush I needed at another store in which she did. She then tried to call that store Myer Miranda that showed stock and Id like to go to collect but it took a few calls to get through to them when she finally got through to Myer Miranda the electrical at department weren't available. Chelsea assured me that she would make sure they called back or she would try them again and she would give me a call back to confirm that Miranda could hold the toothbrush for me so I could attend the store and do an exchange.. So I left Myer Warringah after about 50 nearly 60 minutes trying to resolve this. Sure and behold Chelsea called me about 4 hours later confirming that she got through and requested Miranda to hold onto the last Oral b toothbrush model that I needed at the Miranda Store she said she would call me back just to check I had collected it all ok by the end of the week as they only had one in stock at Miranda. Chelsea did this and called back on Saturday to confirm that I was able to collect the Toothbrush from Miranda.
There was a mix up at Myer Miranda and I had to spend nearly another 45 minutes while they looked for the toothbrush initially I was told they were sold out and didn't have it and finally they looked for someone in Electrical after half an hour who was able to locate it.
Chelsea at the Hub went above and beyond and is an absolute asset to your store at Warringah Mall.
If you see this thank you so much i've said it already but you truely deserve to have a review like this left and I hope you enjoy the little gift I got you to say thank you. The world and retail stores need more people like you :) and you're quiet rare to come by so more than deserve a big thank you in my opinion.

Store is nice but staff are not well trained. Forgot to remove security tag from a pair of jeans, alarms didn't sound when I left the store (but they did when I entered and left the supermarket later on!) I didn't have time to go back as I had long left the mall when I discovered the tag and was heading out of the city. I understand the need for the tags but wow when staff forget to remove them it is extremely inconvenient.

Worst shopping experience ever. Shopped at Warringah Mall for a kitchen Appliance, no staff around to assist. Purchased an item and found it was faulty with parts rattling inside the unit. Tried to call the next day several times to get instructions on what to do and no one answers the phone. Don't shop there. I'm in sales and this was the worst ever experience as a consumer. I am now driving back to drop off the item, getting a full refund and take my business elsewhere. Not Happy
