Edited #2: Scooter stopped charging on my second one and the process to send back is lengthy and impersonal. Despite only being able to use the thing for less than 3 weeks in total, and having pulled the thing apart the first time by request, I've spent more time waiting for a working product than enjoying it. The email responses are still like an automated response and barely answer your concerns. Still waiting for an answer.

Edited: if you have an issue try to ask for the resolutions number straight away so you can hopefully bypass the email communication which is like talking to a Chinese auto response. The resolutions people seem genuine but it is still a run around. The scooter itself needs a stronger back brake but is ok if the throttle doesn't break.

Probably best to pay the extra and have the support you need from proper brands. I ordered an electric scooter which arrived faulty. Within a week of receiving the scooter the messages went from we will send a new part and a $10 refund to broken brakes, and needing to return to be assessed. The result was that there was a faulty throttle and a broken brake. Because i couldn't see that myself..... Now they are saying they will just replace it when i have asked for a refund. I have been very patient with these guys but they do not respond to refund claims despite ordering a new product and to be asked to do repairs yourself. I would think that at least an upgrade would be in order considering I've basically paid money to not have the product if they do not honor a refund.

I bought a massage office chair which was faulty. The people at Mytopia believe it was fine. Do not order from Mytopia. They sell you cheap stuff and do not give refunds or assist you with the problem

Purchased a BBQ cover via their website. Quality is good. Arrived promptly.

Communication from mytopia was basically non existent, but their courier, in my case, Australia Post, was surprisingly good with regular updates, good accurate timely tracking and direct communication via email and text.

These guys are crooks! They sold me the wrong bbq and wont resolve the issue. Spend your money elsewhere because the guys belong in jail

Worst customer service ever!

I called to ensure I could pick up my product at seven hills, I was advised to place an order first then I could transfer product from Penrith to seven hills.

I placed my order received confirmation then called to change pickup. They told me they couldn't find my order and to call back in 30 mins. 10 mins after receiving confirmation I was told my order "couldn't be handled and I was going to be refunded in 3-5 days"

I called to question this and after being told they'll call me back to investigate they basically said their system had a glitch and my payment wasn't accepted.. I received my confirmation and invoice and money was taken from my credit card. I don't see how a system can say it's not accepted and send out a confirmation?

Basically they just took my money without providing a product. I spoke to many different useless staff. (If you ever call to complain always get the staff name and make sure they write notes on your profile)

I was promised a call back from the "manager" "ray" never received one.

I guess I will have to wait for a refund (which I doubt will be paid unless I continue to waste my time chasing this up) cause if a payment actually rejected it would bounce back right away.

Please let me know if you have similar issues to this as I will be raising a complaint to the ACCC.

Really disappointed with mytopia..
Purchased a treadmill and paid for delivery.. was then called by the delivery company to say they can deliver it to my door because im up a flight of stairs.
Called mytopia to resolve and their solution was for me to pay for postage back to them if i want a refund, even though ive already paid for postage for something that hasnt arrived.

I specified that i live in a unit and even left instructions on my order.
Now mytopia are throwing terms in my face which aren't even clear.

I've just paid $140 for nothing.

Purchase the CTEK MXS 5.0 battery charger. Such a quality product with an excellent price. The processing & postage time was unbelievable as I received my item the next day! Definitely a trustworthy seller.

AWESOME customer service . I bought a trampoline that was advertised with a basket net but none was in the box. I had also misplaced the bolts that hold the trampoline together. Not only did David from the warehouse find me a hoop to go with my tramp, he ALSO got me a another packet of bolts!!! AMAZINGLY NICE, HELPFUL and ACCOMODATING. Mytopia and David in particular deserve WAY MORE than 5 stars - 11/5.

Only one word awesome, super fast delivery, massage table very comfortable, well built, used it a couple times with a gentleman at 160kgs no problem at all. Only problem is its wide 83cm so smaller persons massaging needs to lean over it. So maybe next I get the smaller one the 73cm width one. Great value for money would highly recommend.....

Suggest you buy elsewhere....while the product is cheap, so is the after sales service and don't even try for a resolution if there are any issues....

RUN AWAY while you still can!

Brought 3 Marquees from these people thinking they were good quality.
We returned it many times and they were happy to keep replacing them however when we asked for a refund they were quick to say "This isn't covered under our warranty" The guy we spoke to from the resolutions team is rude! He basically said "Too bad, contact fair trading we aren't doing anything and come and get your marquees"

The 3 staff members I spoke to there all said the same thing. That My Topia just buy stuff from China and it's all crap quality.

Wouldn't trust them, don't risk losing money just pay extra and get something that is much better.
