A useful ATM. No problems at all. Did what it was supposed to do.

A very run down ghost mall, carpark is poorly lit, filthy bathroom, all and all an exceptionally disgusting mall.

Got locked into the carpark on a Thursday night. Rang the ticket machine intercom and was told carpark closed at 5.30pm. The rude, nasty man called Richard then demanded $70 to let me out. He then lied and said if I took the car the next day it would cost me $36 but actually cost me $58!

The boom gates are on Kiora Rd and Central Rd. On a Thursday night shopping night, one would expect to be able to exit either. But a steel sliding door divided the carparks, was locked. An absolute fire hazard. Richard hung up on me several times, then would not answer the intercom (which transfered to his mobile).

When I asked him the name of the Centre Mgr and their phone number, Richard said, "I don't have your name and number, why should I give it to you?"
I spoke to a shop owner who told me that Richard actually owns the building and lives upstairs, and that several customers had the same problem with being locked in and him extorting money, with no receipt from him.
Imagine if you had been sitting in your car when the steel gate was closed and a fire broke out? What a jerk, a moral retard.

An average ATM. I put my card in and it gave me money. I don't expect any more from my money dispensing services.

I gave this ATM an extra star because it didn't ask me if I wanted to save this transaction as my favourite. Yet another annoying screen to click through.

Parked here on Sunday 22/Mar. Put $4 into the machine as went over an hour. The machine didn't recognise it. Pressed the intercom button 3 times. No one bothered to answer. Had to pay with CC. So $8 all up for a 1.5 hour park. Called the parking attendant during the week 0413 449 070 who told me there was an issue with 'dirty coins sticking' during the week but apparently it was fixed and he wasn't going to bother dealing with my $4 issue as it was probably costing me $2 for the call - I don't get charged any extra for mb calls. The man was rude, inconsiderate and a thief who knows of the issue but won't reimburse. If I hadn't paid the $4 to get out.. I'm guessing that would have been an issue for him that he would have chased me for. Would have been free in Miranda westfield or on the street. Don't bother parking there. I wouldn't be surprised if they rigged the machine themselves.

The most bizarre experience in this ridiculous car park.
Put the coins in the machine, it didn't recognise that I had, it still asked for the fee. It wouldn't refund the coins. I pushed the 'help' button and experienced the most unhelpful lazy slob. On telling him what had happened he insisted I should pay again - this time with a note. When I refused as I had paid in full already, he said it will take him at least half an hour to get to me. In the meantime another customer arrived and had the same experience - she decided to leave her car as she had an appointment that would not wait.
On arriving, the non-attendant didn't acknowledge me, let alone apologise for the inconvenience and for wasting my time. When I approached him he said that people use dirty coins which causes the machine to clog, so I told him there needs to be a sign indicating to use only clean coins - he waived his hands vaguely and said there are plenty of signs. I daren't tell him no sign mentioned the need to use clean coins. I asked him for a phone number so I could ring management and complain to which he became rude and confrontational.
I asked for a ticket to let us out of the parking lot - but he made us wait as long as he could as he dropped coins all over the place and wiped bits of machinery.
The customer in this parking station is an interference to the non-attendant's laziness & slovenliness. Is he scamming the customer and making money by getting the customer to pay more than once?
I expect that more shops will be leaving the centre in the very near future.

Not much to see here, Spotlight, an old cafe, a cake supplies shop with rude staff and a small bakery.

Horrible car park. Parked there to donate blood. Got back to the car park and realised I needed to validate back at Red Cross. Decided to just pay the $4 instead and the machine made a noise as if a ticket came out but nothing did. Figured it was fine since I'd already wrongly paid. Got to the boom gate and wouldn't open. Rang the help button and an elderly man answered. He was the most rude and disgusting 'customer service' attendant I've ever delt with. Refused to open the gate. Told me I had to go back to Red Cross and get the ticket validated. There was 5 cars waiting behind me to get out and his answer was "there's always 5 cars behind everyone". So he wanted me to park my car there and go back. When I tried to explain the situation to him he kept saying over the top of me "do u want to hear what u did wrong or not?". Not really I just wanted to get out! Disgusting Car park, disgusting man, just all round disgusting place. It's a shame you have to go through experiences like that just to do a good deed and donate some blood.

We have been renting office space from here over a year now, great secure parking for our clients and the tower is new with modern fit outs. Really enjoying the space.
