As a local business I am flabbergasted by the actions of those staff members involved in a booking a function at Whitefire Grill, as a NAB client we are in shock at how we were treated. Your actions cost us in not only lost revenue but a set menu approved and confirmed by staff member Aidan. We will send a letter of complaint to our Business Banking Manager regarding the way we a local business were treated by NAB staff

NAB has appalling service, excessively long, slow queues, is disrespectful towards their customer's time and couldn't give a damn about getting their facts correct. One teller says you can close accounts online, then you find you can't. One telephonist says you can't close accounts over the phone and the workers in the branch say you can. They give you a rate for an investment then won't honour it when you try to complete the transaction after you have transferred the funds to a NAB account. Don't trust NAB with your hard earned money!

NAB in Marrickville Rd is a good place to do all kinds of banking. It has fast service at the teller windows outside of peak periods, and there is ample off-street parking. Staff are always friendly to me.

Lunch time..meaning the time most people are able to make it to the bank... yet the bank seems to be deserted and waits of over 30mins and still couldnt see a teller. Pullyour finger out NAB.

their Asian staffs are terrible... they don't know any rules just know let me ask my manager... for what??? for just one statement!!!
Their manager the same just paperwork nothing about ethics or Customers care...
They should know they survive by the nab customers money... and, the manager should know this branch is in Town hall, Sydney, The heart of Sydney, you can send your Asians to train in other branches!!!

So so so so slow. I bank with multiple banks and NAB is by far the slowest. There is always massive queues. Be prepared to wait for 20 mins each time.

I had great service here. The place was packed but when I got to the counter I had to do an ID check and the girl could not have been more helpful

This morning, one of the cashier ladies had some frustration with her last customer and she extended the attitude on me. This is very unprofessional. Not enough to make me lodging an official complain but too much for customers to take on. Sincerely hoping the customers after me were not in line of being victims.

In the past I have numerous dealings with NAB in their Macarthur branch, however every account issue I have dealt with, although appeared to be finalised and processed, has later on come back to bite me as not processed. This lack of processing caused me great annoyance and anger. However, this week I met with the new Bank Manager, Richard. Richard was very pleasant, approachable, understanding and 'hopefully' he has put an end to my angst and my account problems are finalised. BTW, we discussed human error being rather unavoidable these days. What has changed in the schooling of the human race and the learning of basic common sense ??? :O) NAB at Macarthur will definitely improve under the management of Richard.

I would give the sevice 5 stars. But the location was isolated from the other Banks as I walked through what seemed the main door, which made it a mission to find and by chance a pop up store out of about 10 people I asked was aware it existed.

Went to the bank because on the website it says that at 12:00 it closes I went at 11:00 and they were closed

Had wonderful experience with one of the staff by the name of Rosana she was polite, warm and provided wonderful customer service with a smile...... happy to be her customer 👍👍👍👍

Some of the staff are nice,the other half no,they look at you as if you are dirt or treat you like a idiot,if it wasn't for people putting their money in the bank they wouldn't have a job,when I 1st opened up a account with them they were so nice,a person would walk out smiling

ATM not working, went into the branch to tell them and woman snapped "it's being serviced". I asked if I could get some money out and I was so grateful that the teller actually got out of her chair to get some keys to open the drawer to give me my money, it was obviously such a huge effort for her and I'm so sorry I inconvenienced her by going into the branch!

Shocking customer service, atm never works and constant glitches with ALL services. Could write a massive story of complaints.
