Great food great service nice local buisness

Been going to Nalatis regularly for about 3-4 years now, prior to out last visit on Sat 16/9 for my wife's birthday we couldn't speak highly enough of the service and quality. Disappointingly Saturday night will be the last time we go there, the food was unusually poor, my favourite pizza which I always have was poorly cooked, the pizza base was like cardboard, it tasted very average, my daughters pizza, she said the chicken was slimmy and didn't eat it, the chicken in my wife's pasta tasted strange, no complaints about the service it was fine, although we kept having to close the front door as it was windy and cold, we were seated in front of the door after specifically booking a table against the wall, the staff saw us getting up to shut the door after people which I thought they would have got the hint.....anyway our problem for not complaining to them.....maybe it's changed hands recently.

Great pizza & pasta with gluten free options

Food was alright for the most part with the ribs and pizzas (garlic pizza and meatlovers pizza being what we ordered) being a little bland. The said however was very fresh and flavourful.
The service was very friendly and would inform us if the food was taking a bit longer than usual.
Most of the food came out at a decent place expect the ribs that were slow, but the friendly staff helped to make up for this by keeping us informed and preventing this from becoming irritated with the wait.

Absolutely love this pizza and pasta shop. Been coming here since we moved to the area 7 years ago. Best pizza I've had anywhere. Nice place to dine at too.
