The last Thai cooking class was a great success, leaving everybody intrigued and full, though the kitchen isn't always available unless I there are enough numbers. I have intentions to organize more community Thai cooking classes, and sell pre ordered lunchboxes from home, sharing my favourite meals from different areas of Thailand that bring nostalgia when i make them, as the ingredients are hard to gather. Unlike many westernised recipes in Thai restaurants, I keep my recipes and ingredients authentic like: favourite stir fried dishes, various curries and Thai deserts.
