dirty, messy and food horrible. Dirty greasy glasses, dirty cutlery with food remains, dirty floor. They don't follow up the proper Nando's recipes. I am surprised how they still there.... they actually dont even deserve a star...

Consistency in taste is just not there. Sometimes the food is great but on other occasions it's quite hit and miss...

We ordered peri peri chips and corn on the cob . Corn was good but chips were very soggy , asked to get it crispy, came out refried chips with no peri peri salt that too half of the chips were just burnt and oily.
Terrible service, when showed the chips to staff they didn't had any courtesy to say anything. Will Never go back to Nando's .

Food taste pretty much same in every Nandos. Here we were initially given the crockeries that were not very clean and we had to get it changed.

The wraps and burgers we ordered were just horrible... we ordered hot sauce and they were bland... the wrap had no filling in it and all you could taste was the wrap! So disappointing. Not even worth the money spent. Atleast make an effort to put some filling in it. Unfortunately we had a movie to watch so just took a take away and couldn't go back! I wish I could just give that back to them and ask for my money cz those wraps and burger were not even worth the cost charged! The quality is just so bad!

One of my first negative google reviews and I'm a Nandos fan. I was, and still am, horrified at how filthy this restaurant is. Cutlery, plates and cups were all dirty, has remnants on it, felt greasy, and was even wet when we picked it up! All tables were not clean, could see many tables have not even been given a wipe - which I can only attribute to lazy staff and poor management. With below par hygiene levels in the dining area, I'm terrified to imagine what the kitchen might be like! It's safer not to eat here.

Never have I experienced service so unprofessional! The waiters were clearly stoned and took 3 of them to pour a glass of wine. Put through my payment for items that were out of stock and didn't even offer a refund. Finally when our food came, the mayo that I had specifically asked NOT to be included, was all over my burger. The waiters then proceeded to blame one another in front of us. Manager - uninterested. If I owned Nandos I would shut this franchise down immediately. Worse than terrible!

They don't serve Espetadas. No one cleans the tables. Food is good but the experience is bad.

We frequent this place regularly and have always been satisfied with our meals. We tend to stick to the classic Periperi chicken, periperi chips and salad. Clean restaurant and well stocked condiments.

Fantastic friendly staff. Consistently good quality food. Always a pleasure to eat here.

Purchased Paella Grande (2-3) person for us as we were really hungry from a really busy day. If I knew the Paella Grande is just 2 spoons I would have buy 3 paella's. We love Nandos but don't do this. We are utterly disappointed.

Really slow service. Food on despatch counter but no to despatch as staff standing around and talking while paid customers are waiting for food.

Staff are happy and have always welcoming when we arrive. Food has never let us down. Chicken cooked well and arrives hot, has never been over cooked. Salads are fresh and full of flavour. Thank you for a good experience.

Chips were yumm. But chicken was yumm also but just a bit on te cold side or under room temperature. Overall 3/5
