Recipe πŸ₯—πŸ₯—πŸ₯— 1 small cos lettuce 1 small beetroot, grated (i blized in the blender) ... 1 small fennel bulb, grated (i blized in the blender) cup brown mushrooms, sliced handful rocket handful pepitas leftover roast chicken Dressing from olive oil, salt, garlic crushed, dried herbs and juice from a half lemon. I am just doing the 5 Day Body Bounce Back Plan. And today is smoothie day. As it is coming into spring I start to crave green smoothies and the hydration and cooling effect they bring. No way can I do them through winter, just makes me cold and tired, but I am feeling it today (it was warner last night) The combo I will have is:
300ml Coconut water... heaped tablespoon chia seeds 1/4 cup coconut yoghurt heaped tablespoon collagen protein juice of half lemon 1/2 banana few sprigs parsley 1 small cucumber 1/2 small avocado 1 cup spinach
