Great value for your money .Friendly helpful staff. Handy central location. Comfortable rooms. We will recommend this place to friends and family.

This place is one of the worst places i've ever stayed at! Dirty and disgusting rooms, toenail clippings, hairs, blood, dirty floorboards/ vinyl.. The list goes on. Once they were told about all the issues they then failed to clean the rooms and saw nothing wrong!!

Dont get a room facing Kent st Way too noisy. Napoleon st is the best location. Otherwise a reasonable place to stay

It's terrible service! Staff doesn't communicate well. Rooms are dark and noisy! I will never recommend this place to anyone. I booked it through Agoda and the hotel has different terms and conditions on their website and doesn't accept the Agoda's promises. It's a total mistakes

Good hotel & service, my fiancée & i stayed for 7 nights and enjoyed it. It was a shame that their was road works out the front and woke you up @ 6:30am - 7:00am, you cant catch a taxi or uber til 2 minutes up the road which is annoying when its 40 + degrees!! Our air-con made loud noises during the night which also woke us up... So i suggest if your going to stay here, stay here in 3weeks + when the roadworks are gone!!! But all in all minus the noise & air-con its a good hotel to stay at. Only 13 minutes from darling habour so thats a plus.

Not a bad location, as with any place there's going to be a few bad rooms but the ones we stayed at were okay

Worst Hotel I have ever been in. Located under a bridge. Rooms so close to roads and pathways that you can't open curtains, otherwise people can watch everything your doing. Very disappointed. My own fault should have looked harder. Seriously not recommended

Booked for a family get away on Groupon for 2 nights and we didn't even stay there it was so bad. Carpet was terribly stained, urine on the toilet, walls cracked, 2nd pull out bed was so thin the kids couldn't sleep on it. Would not recommend
