Very helpful staff

Because of severe medical circumstances I made an inappropriate E-bay purchase from these guys, meaning the freight costs would well double the purchase cost. This was all because I didn't look at where Narellan is. I live halfway up the coast of Qld.
I never thought I would be afforded such consideration from a "wreckers yard". However when I rang Michael to explain my error, he was delightfully understanding and immediately agreed to cancel my Ebay transaction. Any company that operates this way is GOLD. So without even trading with them I have the absolute highest regard for them and in particular Michael, and on this basis would not hesitate to recommend them with 5 stars. Thank you Michael for your compassion.
