Narooma High School is a comprehensive high school on the south coast of New South Wales, serving the towns of Narooma, Bodalla, Bermagui, Tilba and surrounding districts. Academically, the school has achieved excellent results in the School Certificate and Higher School Certificate, especially in the areas of English at all levels, Mathematics, Information Process and Technology, Biology, PD /H /PE, Creative and Performing Arts, Food Technology, Industrial Technology, Modern History and Construction.

The school has an extensive program to assist students with special needs. Teachers, tutors and teachers aides provide support and assistance to students with learning needs leading to improved learning outcomes for all students.

The school has a comprehensive student welfare policy. Proactive programs such as Peer Support and Talk Sense to your Self as well as school procedures, reduce instances of discrimination and bullying.
