Nashdale Public School

Nashdale Public School is located in the glorious foothills of Mount Canobolas on the outskirts of Orange in Central Western NSW. The school is set amongst picturesque surroundings, with stunning flora and historic buildings providing the perfect backdrop for students to grow and learn.

We serve a rural community of students from small farm holdings and orchards around the school district. We also have approximately a third of our population come from the city of Orange, travelling either by bus or private vehicle.

The school has a long and happy working relationship with the local community over the years with many ex-pupils expressing a genuine interest in the progression of existing pupils.

Our staff provide a balanced, stimulating and caring atmosphere for all children to progress. Programs presented to students allow for individuality to develop through the provision of a stimulating and challenging curriculum.

Established in 1888, the school has a very strong tradition of care and providing an excellent education for all students.

All students have the opportunity to learn using state-of-the-art technology. All classrooms contain Smart Boards and each child utilises ipad and notebook technologies. .

We believe the partnership between staff, parents and the school community is most important to allow students to achieve at school and beyond.
