Located in Caringbah National Goju Karate facilitates Goju Ryu Karate-Do Seiwakai martial arts and karate classes to Adults and Children with an emphasis on building fitness, core strength and confidence. Students will learn proven Goju Ryu Karate and self defence techniques first developed by renouned martial arts instructor Chojun Miyagi from Okinawa back in the late 1800s
