National Parks Association Milton Branch Description

Hello!

If you are in the Milton /Ulladulla region and love our local national parks and marine sanctuaries we have plenty for you to enjoy.

We are a volunteer-run, non-government, non-political and not for profit branch of the National Parks Association of NSW (NPA). Our volunteer leaders conduct safe and guided walks, kayaking, bike-riding and other community and educational events for members, local residents and visitors of all ages and experience.

You can discover more about the NPA by visiting www. npansw.org. The NPA includes similar groups and activities all over the state and so if you become a member, your opportunities to attend events are not restricted to our region.

Interested in walking, kayaking, hiking or biking?
We have all the ‘ings and if you have not yet joined NPA you are eligible to have 3 walks with us to see if it is the right fit for you. Each event is led by an experienced volunteer leader who safely guides the way, no matter what the level of difficulty. Pets cannot be included on the walks and you would need to check with a walks leader if you wanted to bring a child.

Walks are graded from social to hard so there is plenty for everyone! ! If you look at our Facebook page you will see the vast array of memorable and inspiring outdoor experiences, learning and experiencing our unique environment.

Events are held most Wednesdays, Sundays and other days as notified in our walks program.

A full summary of our upcoming events can be found on the main NPA site; http://bushwalk. npansw.org. au /?page_id=2835& branch=Milton or we can email a full schedule. Please contact us via this Facebook page.

Interested to join?
The first three walks are free, after which you will need to join the NPA; visiting www. npansw.org. We are a member organisation and the extent to which we can offer activities is dependent on willing volunteers to plan and lead our activities. Your membership also helps defray our costs as well as cover your insurance!

We really look forward to meeting you. This is a terrific community and outdoor environment and rain, hail or shine, an excellent time is guaranteed for all.
