The company began in 1993 and was just a personal training company. In 2008 sports kinesiology, nutritional kinesiology and personal corrective exercise training were added to our services. Spiritual Body Wisdom has been developed by us over the last five years. Reiki is our newest service we have added in the last year.

Sessions can be performed in the comfort of your own home, in my clinic or where ever is convent for you.
