Love this store, relatively expensive though. I wish the prices were lower. They let my pup come in for my massage so 5 stars being dog friendly.

Enjoyed a couples retreat today which included private bathhouse (spa,steam,sauna) and massages. The facilities were beautiful, clean, private and quiet, and the massage was amazing. Thank you, highly recommended!

Enjoyed a tranquility facial with Eliza. It was lovely and relaxing, with a nice shoulder massage included. Quiet quiet atmosphere. Although my hair was very oily afterwards that I had to wash it.

MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT! NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN. I would like to file a formal complaint to the owners/ management of this business. On both occasions they have mucked me around. First instance was 2 months ago, Newtown store. I booked for a Remedial massage, and had asked prior to proceeding with the booking, whether they are covered by private health funds. I told them my fund and they said yes. I turn up, and the store assistant said this particular therapist is not covered by any private health fund. I complained, and complained, for them to turn around and give me a measly 15% discount. The second instance was this evening at the Glebe store. I told them what my health fund was, they told me whilst in the middle of my booking that they accept my fund. I turn up, they try the card, and eventually find out it wasn't accepted. I demand the shop keeper to call management. They didn't pick up. After eventually getting in contact with management, they turn around and tell me I'm entitled to a measly 15% discount.

There is ABSOLUTELY APPAULING SERVICE and POOR OWNERSHIP & MANAGEMENT. Not only do they disappoint me once and falsly advertise there services, they screw me around for the second time after I've driven 30 MINUTES to get to each store. I respect what this business provides and that's why I came back a 2nd time. However I am inclined to publicly say that it is an absolute joke and I hope this review educates existing and potential clientele to bypass it when looking for a massage or any other type of therapy. You should know that when it comes to doing the right thing by the customer, THEY DONT. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU or YOUR NEEDS. THEY MADE A MOCKERY OUT OF ME especially with a ridiculous discount like that. HOW ABOUT A FREE SERVICE ?? HOW ABOUT HALF PRICE ATLEAST with a few small products from your store to make up for your ATTROCIOUS SERVICE. Go and get educated on how to run a business because you OBVIOUSLY HAVE NO IDEA. I don't think even a business degree can help you.
