A few things about me… I fall over, a lot. I run into glass doors. I get 'hangry' when least expected. I consider myself your everyday girl… a green-smoothie guzzling nutrition nerd with a passion for steak (strictly cooked medium-rare) and watching the Formula 1.

I’m also a Naturopath. My mission is to empower and educate you to be the best version of yourself. To achieve this I work with patients to create a trusting, nurturing and fun relationship.

I hold qualifications in Naturopathy, Nutritional Medicine, Western Herbal Medicine and Homoeopathy from the Australasian College of Natural Therapies, and also have a Degree in Health Science from the University of Western Sydney and am a member of ATMS that ensures practitioners maintain high standards in our industry.
