Eli knows the ins and outs of Councils while also understanding client's requirements. He possesses negotiating skills and appears as an expert witness before the NSW Land and Environment Court. Our projects and approvals range from residential alterations and new homes to town house complexes and a four storey exclusive mixed use development. We also have expertise in boarding house development and child care centres.
