Nceata Newcastle Creative Embroiderers And Textile Artists

For over 30 years NCEATA has brought together dynamic textile artists of all skill levels to share, learn and exhibit.

Visitors are always welcome so please come along to a meeting.
WHERE: 130 Garden Grove Parade, Adamstown (in Newcastle NSW)
WHEN: The third Saturday and the third Monday of each month from 10am to 2pm

Members receive a monthly newsletter with information on workshops, upcoming exhibitions and members’ news. There is also an extensive library of informative, inspirational books and magazines. Membership fees are $45 annually.

Workshops cover creative work in all types of fibres and threads including embroidery, machine embellishment, dyeing, painting, discharging, fabric painting, wet and dry felting, beading and also elements of design and creative visual techniques.
