Nepean Pools

wow im not sure we dealt with the same business as everyone else on here giving "great reviews". We chose Nepean Pools wanting to support small business, what a mistake.

We had tilers leave mess everywhere ( rubbish and cigarette buts all in our front yard), broke our fence and never turn up when they said they would. I was glad to see the back of them.

But then 1 year later all our waterline tiles fell off, so they had to come back out and fix everything, we called them in August and we have only just had it finished now, they have said they were coming to clean our pool (as there is so many tiles and cement at the bottom of our pool) and its still not done. We still have tiles at the bottom of our pool and its to the point where we will just do it ourselves.

Management and owners need to learn some customer service and to follow through on promises.I really would not recommend Nepean Pools.

Could not speak more highly of the excellence in service from Adrian and all the crew at Nepean. Professional, respectful and personable, very informative and well communicated regarding processes, timelines and payments across the business from Project Management through front office, workmen onsite and ongoing support through the process.

Quality of workmanship and finished product was simply outstanding from excavations, pool lift over the house, concreting, paving, fencing onsite support through Graeme. Also additional slab provisioned for our alfresco and tiled, again exceptional finish.

Delightedy with the result and the stress free methodology with which you've all integrated to deliver our pool. Your collective efforts have provided a genuine, warm experience and importantly added another invaluable dimension to our home life. Thankyou Nepean

If you are looking for an honest, professional, efficient and friendly team to install your pool, look no further. From the outset, the service was impeccable. We were shown some prior installations to assist us in deciding colour, shape etc. No hidden costs during the build process. We were constantly updated during the installation process, making this a very pleasurable experience.
Thank you Adrian and the entire Nepean Pool team for making this experience an easy and hassle free one. If we knew that installing a pool could be this painless, we would have done it years ago.
