Nepean Radiology

I have nothing but great comments about Neapean Radiology I have been there a few times lately for Scans, XRays Ultra Sounds & pain Injections. Every time they have been friendly & constantly talked through procedures . Job well done .

The medical staff were friendly and very helpful, I went with my 10 years old sister and I have to thank the excellent service.

I want to sincerely thank the medical staff and Radiologists of this Medical Imaging Group for their professionalism, support & care whilst looking after my husbands terminal diagnosis. Your team was able to diagnose my husbands case when other radiology practices could not. As a family, we now have a strong understanding between an average radiology practice & one that cares about the quality outcome of their patients diagnosis. I would strongly recommend this group of radiologists and I personally would not be attending elsewhere.

Customer Service could benefit from soft-skills. core service wise - good.
