Classic pub with friendly service. Good place to stop on your road trip to use the toilets. Just make sure to stay and have a drink before you leave.
Family of Brits on holiday having a road trip from Sydney to Canberra and back and found this little gem. Classic Australian pub with corragated tin walls. Nice garden in the back and a friendly welcome. Finished off our outback adventure with an ice cold lager.

Loads of character at this unique pub, the pub is the town very isolated but much easier to get to now as the road is super good now from nowra. (It used to be 4 wheel drive only with river crossings but now it is a super good road And the quickest and easiest way from Canberra to nowra) the food is classic country pub and cheap. Steak sanga and chips 12.50

Great place to stop for lunch in the area. Lovely outdoor sitting area on a nice day and great quality food. Can't go past the lamb chops!
The country side pub may surprise you with the service and food. If you are going down the cost, mostly it's a nice place to take a break. I love to stop here for hot fries and a chilled beer. Can't resist. Had a bad experience with semi fried chips but, that's just once.
Good quality country pub. Nice meals with friendly service. We've stopped here a few times on our way through.
