Melissa May provided an exceptional service. I have dealt with a lot of strata management companies however it is very rare to come across someone as helpful and efficient as Melissa who acted swiftly with a problem I encountered. When someone rings a company the person you speak to can generate new clients based on the service they receive as word of mouth is the best form of marketing. I have told many people about the services I received from Melissa of Netstrata and I highly recommend Netstrata to anyone looking for a strata manager.

Avoid like the plague. Arrogant, incompetent and generally useless, Netstrata is one of the worst strata companies in NSW and should only be engaged by masochists. Their only talent is in collecting your levies, however don't expect anything in return - for example, follow ups to emails and phone calls, competent managers, complaints being dealt with, preventative maintenance plans, actual strata management (as opposed to minimal maintenance) or knowledge of strata law. Should have left them years ago and would recommend that anyone still with them finds another company immediately.

Incompetent beyond belief. Currently attempting to reclaim funds stolen from the administrative fund. Avoid avoid avoid.
