I walked in, pointed to my 1yr old daughter's eye and said I need a script for drops. Was out the room inside two minutes. $95. Absolutely shameful. When I complained the doctor said it was for a diagnosis. Then he said that's what you get when you go to see a medical practitioner. Appalling. Some of these docs are ok but I'm never going there again unless desperate. They make bulk billing extremely complex and don't tell you the prices before you're seen. Don't trust them. There's another doctor's, Mind Your Health which does real bulk billing just round the corner.

Very clean facilities, professional and friendly receptionists. Dr Lele took her time just like functional medicine practitioners, asked questions, examined carefully and came up with a plan! I'm a new patient moving from another medical centre and I'm staying here thank you very much.

I am giving four stars as I did visit this medical centre regularly for around 2 years and it wasn't all bad! It's your typical medical centre. The doctors that work there are just getting patients in and out as quickly as possible, given that seems to be the majority of medical centres these days how can anyone really be surprised? My tips to make the trip as pleasant as possible would be to make sure you book for a very early appointment. That way you won't be waiting for too long and you're in and out pretty quickly. I built up a good rapport with a few of the staff. I do feel like some of the staff could be friendlier. I mean, it's a medical centre. People ain't there because it's all perfect so a nice friendly smile when you're walking in is always a great mood lifter (:

Excellent doctors (Dr Sandra Bransgrove and Dr Rick Stein) and the receptionist was so kind. Also quick and easy to book and see someone urgently.

Absolutely useless - they don't care!
Gave them another chance because x rays are there and went back after being left waiting for two and a half hours outside Doctor's room - ONLY TO BE TOLD MY DOCTOR WASN'T IN TODAY - True Story!!!
Went down for a case of Gout in my ankles, told the Doctor that I thought it was that.
Didn't even look and sent me away for Blood tests and Chest X-ray.
I thought well this Doctor knows what she is doing!
Had to take time off work and run around North Sydney for the tests.
Go back expecting to be told what was wrong with me?
The Doctor tells me nothing is wrong all tests came back good!
The Doctor didn't have a clue what she was doing - I then started asking her if she had tested for this or tested for that.
Basically doing my own Doctoring.
Her response was you didn't tell me to test for that, my response was, I didn't tell you to test for anything it was all your idea.
Then she said, well your going to have to go and get Blood tested again, this is 2 days after I have already been tested.
Just sending you around in circles burning up the Government/Our Medicare money with no reasoning or resolution.

Unprofessional and hopeless - Government should completely regulate this industry, its way out of control.

Dr's are great however some of the receptionists could do with customer service training. Comfortable waiting area and a great choice of Dr's.

Seems that all the bad reviews are for a particular receptionist. I've not had such an experience and it almost seems like an online hate campaign. The receptionists seem pretty neutral/professional to me.
I have found the experience I've had with all my Dr's attentive, friendly and professional over the past 7 years of going there.

Absolutely disgusting & disgraceful!!!!! I have been going here for over 20 years & put up with all the crap the rude English receptionist gives every time - until now. My wife has just had a suspected heart attack & is in hospital & I call up to speak to one of my doctors to get some independent & urgent advise over the phone re the public/private hospital issue & Brooke tells me I need to make an appointment & come in if I want to talk to a Dr....! Bye bye NBBBMC ^*%^~#. Unacceptable.

I suspect that the majority of the reviews on here have been written by the competing medical practice down the road, or by the kind of people who elicit a chilly response from any receptionist regardless of disposition. I've had nothing but first class care since I came to this practice 3 years ago. This practice is far more reliable and personal than any of the many medical practices I've visited in Sydney. My doctor has been a fundamental part in the improvement of my chronic condition - due to his care and investment in my health. When I have seen any of the other doctors they have always been equally professional and caring. The receptionists at this practice are always cheery and offer to submit my medicare form for me. Costs of visits are always fair. I would not dream of going anywhere else, even though I have moved out of the area.
